## Privacy and control boundaries

- A normal personal library is private by default.
- MemoryStore’s current stated policy is that private user libraries are not used to train AI models on Basic or Pro.
- Delivering AI features can still send applicable content to external AI infrastructure under the relevant consent and provider policies.
- A user’s own note and explicit instruction should be treated as more authoritative about personal intent than an AI-generated summary.
- Public shares and AI Context URLs are unlisted links; anyone who obtains a URL may be able to view what it exposes.
